Shelli Lind, Estes Park Health Chief Human Resources Officer, is retiring. She has worked in HR since 1993.

Shelli has led HR at EPH for the past three-and-a-half years. She began her role in January of 2021, at the height of the pandemic.

Working on the roll out of the COVID vaccine as it pertained to healthcare workers was one of her first main challenging projects.

“My biggest job has been to focus on the strategic initiatives as they relate to HR to support the organization,” she said. “Also, I have handled day-to-day HR operations, leadership training, managing the compensation structure and philosophy.”

She also spent time trying to figure out how EPH could use technology to help manage some of the HR processes, like a new platform EPH is using called Hireology which encourages applicants and speeds up the reviewing, interviewing, and hiring timeline.

Shelli noted that her true love is leadership development and coaching.
