The Community Paramedic Clinicians provide an expanded role of paramedicine providing health services where access to physicians or clinics may be difficult.  This is a community needs servicing position that can provide in place healthcare through collaboration among local stakeholders and physicians.  The Community Paramedic will staff in the EPH Urgent Care Clinic f and respond for care outside the clinic as appropriate.  The community Paramedic is also a Paramedic and will work as needed to respond to 911 calls and requests for inter-facility transfers; perform emergency care and Advanced Life Support as a Colorado State Certified Paramedic.


PRN as needed,  Shifts and hour will vary


  • High School level or equivalent of education, on-going continuing education required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Experience can be variable but a minimum of 3 years acting as a CP preferred.
  • Valid (COLORADO) driver’s license and excellent driving record.
  • Required certifications: State of Colorado Paramedic Certification, CP Certification from International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC), Colorado State Community Paramedic Endorsement, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP.  ABLS Certification, PHTLS, TPATC, and/or ACLS/PALS/BLS Instructor certifications.

Base Pay $22.87 – 28.58 +PRN Differential
