Estes Park Health staff to speak about end-of-life care

Staff from Estes Park Health will speak at the Estes Park Senior Citizens Center about end-of-life care on Tuesday, May 13 from 12 to 1 p.m.
The team, including Pat Samples, Chief Nursing Officer, Leah Smith, Nurse Case Manager, and Nancy Bell, Medical Social Worker, will cover a variety of topics related to helping Estes Park residents understand the path patients and their families navigate during this phase of life.
They will discuss how a social worker and case manager help with end-of-life care, how patients and families can navigate this phase of life, how to coordinate care, and what resources are available in Estes Park.
The presentation, entitled “How Estes Park Health Supports Patients and Families During End of Life,” is free and open to the public.
